High-speed Tape & Reel packaging machine for IC components with an integrated operator UI.

High-precision solder paste printer for SMT lines. Mask alignment and live load-cell pressure control.

High-precision printer for large glass up to 1,300 mm. Mask alignment and a dark UI tuned for line ops.

Precision printer for solar-cell electrode patterns. 15-axis motion · force control · 3-camera alignment.

11 MP dual-camera inspection of solar-cell patterns, busbars and defects at 60 μm accuracy.
